BankUnited, Miami HEAT Charitable Fund Team up to Award $25,000 in College Scholarships

South Florida high school seniors encouraged to apply by January 29 deadline

BankUnited and the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund are teaming up once again to offer $25,000 in college scholarship funds to outstanding South Florida high school seniors from Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The Miami HEAT Scholarships presented by BankUnited awards five $5,000 college scholarships to high school seniors who demonstrate excellence in academics and community service.

Scholarships are awarded in the following categories: three $5,000 HEAT Scholarships, one $5,000 Dr. Jack Ramsay Scholarship and one $5,000 Alec Kessler Student-Athlete Scholarship.
