Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International President Lloyd Berger joins a panel of business leaders on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 2 p.m. for a virtual roundtable presented by the South Florida Chapter of NAOIP. Moderated by Sunbeam Properties Vice President Andy Ansin, the panel also includes Bank United Chief Operating Officer Tom Cornish and Colliers International Vice Chairman of Institutional Investor Services Ken Krasnow.
Entitled “Drilling Down: How is the Market Behaving Post-Phase One Re-Opening?” the one-hour discussion will explore the current realities in leasing, lending, institutional investing and commercial development at the three-month point of the COVID-19 pandemic when many businesses are preparing for employees to return to work.
“We’re all operating in uncharted waters,” said Berger. “Without a crystal ball to predict the future, we examine how businesses are responding to these monumental events, evaluate the available data and base our strategies on the trends we see and the anticipated outcomes.”
A look at data will be part of the roundtable discussion, with the goal of evaluating whether investor confidence, business optimism and consumer sentiment are rebounding and the impact of that information on lender scrutiny.
There is no charge to attend the virtual event, but registration is required here.
