Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International congratulated its Sales Associate Mary Harris on being named “Rookie of the Year” by the NAIOP South Florida Chapter at its annual Awards of Excellence held Tuesday, June 16.
Topping the field of three other highly qualified nominees, Harris was recognized for representing tenant BankUnited in securing two new 10-year leases totaling nearly 10,000 square feet of space at the Plaza Las Olas. Publicly traded BankUnited (NYSE: BKU) is headquartered in Miami Lakes and operates banking centers throughout Florida and the New York Metropolitan area.
Broadcast live on NAIOP’s YouTube Channel, the event honored outstanding South Florida commercial real estate professionals for their most impactful transactions of the year.
