Berger Commercial Realty Hires Three New Employees

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (August 25, 2014) – Regional, full-service commercial real estate firm Berger Commercial Realty announced it has added three new employees to its staff.

Roxana Collins
Roxana Collins joins the firm as a broker associate. Her responsibilities include the leasing and sales of office, retail and investment properties in the Southeast. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Florida Real Estate Board, the National Association of Professional Women and the Building Owners and Managers Association, which has certified her as a real property administrator. Collins has more than 30 years of real estate experience and previously served as a regional asset manager at Brenner Real Estate Group. She received her associate’s degree in business administration and computer programming from Rose State College in Oklahoma City.

Wendy Collins
A licensed Florida community association manager, Wendy Collins has been hired as a property manager. She will be responsible for managing office, retail, industrial and investment properties in the tri-county area, including budgeting, tenant relations, vendor management, lease administration, insurance compliance, preventative maintenance, property value enhancement and portfolio growth. An alumna of University of Missouri and Fontbonne University in Missouri, she has more than nine years of experience and previously served a property manager for Brenner Real Estate Group.

Diana Mancipe
Diana Mancipe joins Berger Commercial Realty as a property manager. She will be managing the day-to-day operations of 1.7 million square-feet of warehouse space at 12 properties throughout Miami-Dade County. The properties are part of a 4.7 million square-footindustrial portfolio owned by Pennsylvania-based Seagis Property Group and managed by Berger Commercial Realty. Mancipe’s responsibilities include tenant and vendor relations, annual budgeting and monthly financial analyses, periodic property inspections and maintenance, and enhancing the portfolio’s performance. She is certified in property management by the Institute of Real Estate Management and certified in Realtor and commercial inspections by Gold Coast Schools. Mancipe has more than 10 years of real estate experience and previously served as a property manager at Espacio USA, Inc. in Miami. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC) in Honduras.
