FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Blaze Pizza invites fans to celebrate the one year anniversary of its Fort Lauderdale opening with a free S’mores Pie with any pizza purchase on Friday, November 6th. The promotion is valid with the purchase of a pizza and only at the Fort Lauderdale location, 6334 North Andrews Avenue.

The restaurant’s award-winning signature dessert, featuring classic chocolate and marshmallow held together by a graham cracker biscuit, is made in-house each day and heated to order.

Blaze Pizza® is a modern day “pizza joint,” serving up artisanal pizzas that are fast and affordable. Fans line up each day for the custom-built pizzas, freshly made salads, blood orange lemonade and s’mores pies.  An interactive service format allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients – all for about $8.  The generously-sized 11-inch pizzas are sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven and are ready to eat in just 180 seconds.  Each restaurant makes its own dough from scratch using a proprietary recipe developed by Executive Chef Bradford Kent (the “Pizza Whisperer”), which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust.  For pizza fans with specific dietary needs, Blaze Pizza offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese.
