Construction is Underway on New Offices for EasyWorkforce Software

Excel Construction of South Florida to complete 25,000-sq.-ft. Class A workspace buildout at Edison Pembroke Pines

Excel Construction of Florida, a leading commercial general contractor serving the southeastern U.S., has announced that construction is underway on a 25,300-sq.-ft. midrise Class A interior office renovation for EasyWorkforce, a workforce management software company providing time, scheduling, time off and HR solutions for businesses of all sizes. The company’s new headquarters will be located at the Edison Pembroke Pines,1200 S.W. 145 Ave.

“Once completed this will be a cool and comfortable workspace to work and play,” said Excel Construction of Florida Vice President of Development and Construction Michael Swisa, who also oversees the company’s Class A office projects. “EasyWorkforce was initially attracted to the building’s high ceilings, large windows and open spaces which enhance the overall design of the space. We’ll deliver to EasyWorkforce an inviting work environment that inspires both creativity and productivity.”

Working closely with architect Steven Myott and Solutions Builder Inc., a South Florida-based design and construction management consulting firm, Excel Construction will transform the empty office shell into a relaxed and functional open workspace with exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, glass features throughout, a breakroom and play area.

“At EasyWorkforce we playfully refer to ourselves as ‘Easies,’ because we aspire to
make life easy, from software development to its seamless operation, and that’s what
we’re striving for in this new office design as well,” said Sino Jos, CEO and co-founder of EasyWorkforce. “We want our employees and our business associates to feel inspired to do their best work in a comfortable, modern and easygoing atmosphere.”

Scheduled to be completed in June, the EasyWorkforce offices will occupy half of the second floor of the premier Class-A office building, Edison Pembroke Pines, which is home to a growing hub of national and international tech and software companies. Located near I-75 and the 400,000-sq.-ft. lifestyle center, the Shops at Pembroke Gardens, the mixed-use site currently under development will include additional offices, a residential complex and a hotel.

“We are proud to be a trusted partner for EasyWorkforce and pleased to team up with Excel Construction on this notable project,” said Solutions Builder President and Co-Founder David Diaz said. “We have put together an exceptional team of contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure that this project exceeds the client’s expectation, while saving costs and improving efficiencies.”
