FINFROCK, the nation’s leading builder of structure parking is set to design, manufacture, and construct the new parking garage addition at The Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC) technology park.

With over 300 successful parking projects completed, FINFROCK will lend its extensive expertise to the BRIC project to ensure that the finished parking structure is aesthetically pleasing and seamlessly integrated with BRIC’s existing buildings. As the only vertically integrated design-builder and manufacturing company of its kind in the industry, FINFROCK’s innovative precast/prestressed concrete design, manufacturing and construction is cost-effective and poses limited risk to the client. Production at the new Belle Glade facility will also guarantee that the parking structure is completed efficiently and on time.

We’re thrilled to be able to showcase our functional and economical expertise with the BRIC project.”

Recently awarded the “Rural Deal of the Year” by the Florida Economic Development Council for the company’s expansion into Palm Beach County, the Apopka-based FINFROCK purchased 94 acres in Palm Beach County to build its Belle Glade manufacturing facility as part of the company’s continued strategic expansion across southeast and southwest Florida.

“This is the beginning of an exciting season of expansion for FINFROCK,” said President Bill Finfrock. “We look forward to assisting developers, general contractors and architects with their parking structure needs, while also embarking on new ground-up commercial, multifamily and mixed-use development projects.”

The facility in Belle Glade is expected to have a $242 million economic impact on the region and will be completed this fall.
