FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (September 3, 2015) – Organizers of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), the largest boat show of its kind, have launched a new website, FLIBS.com, and debuted a new show logo.
“We are thrilled to roll out a sophisticated new website and comprehensive branding package that reflects the world-class status of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show,” said Brett Keating, vice president of consumer marketing for Show Management, the organization that annually produces the event.
Features of the new website include a clean, sleek, modern design, a content-rich site experience, mobile compatibility, and easy-to-navigate functionality. Website visitors can now easily search for boats on display as well as exhibitor information, purchase tickets and VIP packages, and access important information such as parking tips, where to stay, and a schedule of special events.
In addition to the new website and logo, organizers are elevating the overall show experience in other ways, ranging from attractive VIP experiences to a Friday night Blue Party at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center for the show’s valued exhibitors and their guests. Other enhancements include new signage at the show.
“The new website and branding campaign complement all of the dynamic enhancements we are planning to introduce this year, including special events focused on increasing the show’s fun-factor for exhibitors and attendees alike, and the Windward Club, a new VIP experience in partnership with QuintEvents, a leading provider of first-class hospitality at major events around the world,” Keating said.
The 56th annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is set to take place in the “Yachting Capital of the World” from Nov. 5 to 9. FLIBS is the world’s largest in-water boat show, covering seven locations with nearly 1,500 boats displayed across more than 3 million square feet of exhibit space. The show’s convenient network of parking, ground transportation, water taxis and riverboats transports visitors to see an amazing array of boats, marine products and accessories on display, from astonishing super-yachts, fishing boats, runabouts and boats for every budget, to fishing gear, marine art, jewelry and more, all valued at more than $4 billion. The show draws more than 1,000 exhibitors from more than 30 countries each year.
