Law Firm Establishes Scholarship Fund For Law Students at Nova Southeastern University

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – South Florida community association law firm Kaye & Bender P.L. has established the Kaye & Bender Scholarship Fund for law students at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University who are entering their second or third year, as well as third year students attending as part of the evening program.

“The Shepard Broad Law Center at NSU is a leading institution that cultivates the future leaders of the South Florida legal community,” said Robert Kaye, managing member of Kaye & Bender. “We want to support the education and development of these students and this scholarship will do just that. We hope all students will take advantage of the opportunity.”

The Kaye & Bender Scholarship Fund will award $2,500 to an eligible student each year. Applicants must be in good standing with above a 3.0 overall grade point average, demonstrate community involvement and complete a brief essay on what they think is the biggest challenge facing community associations in South Florida today and why. The first scholarship recipient will be announced before the winter semester.
