FORT LAUDERDALE (December 10, 2014) – Maria Pierson, CEO of Pierson Grant Public Relations, was recently named to the board of directors for three South Florida non-profit organizations: Business for the Arts of Broward, Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center and the Miramar Cultural Trust.

“I am fortunate to work with board members of these organizations who are just as passionate as I am,” said Pierson. “Each one of these groups adds so much to the quality of life in our community. I am proud to be part of their legacy.”

Business for the Arts of Broward engages business and business leaders to advocate and educate about the importance of Broward County’s art and cultural community.  Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center (CDTC) serves more than 11,000 children with special healthcare needs in Broward County annually. Miramar Cultural Trust endows, supports and advocates for the Miramar Cultural Center and educates and engages the community to inspire and deepen commitment to the Center’s vision.
