The international company, whose products are used by surgical, medical and healthcare companies among others, is located in MPC-27 at 9658-9698 Premier Parkway.
“SIMTEC’s decision to relocate its headquarters here in 2013 from Wisconsin was driven by our advantageous location near the ports and international airports,” said Peter “PJ” Apol, Director of Leasing and Marketing for Sunbeam Properties & Development, developer of the Park. “It was important for SIMTEC to lease contiguous space in order to accommodate an expansion of their manufacturing processes and they now occupy the entire building.”

Since 2012, Sunshine Avionics, and its’ affiliates, have been a tenant of the Miramar Park of Commerce. The company recently expanded in MPC-6 at 3261 Executive Way adding 14,617 sq. ft.
