Miramar Park of Commerce Signs Long-Term Lease Renewals with Two Fortune 500 Companies in the Miramar Park of Commerce

Caterpillar® and Nissan North America, Inc. renew more than 60,000 SF combined at South Florida’s premier business park in Q1 2025

Miramar Park of Commerce, South Florida’s largest locally owned and managed business park, has announced long-term lease renewals with two Fortune 500 companies, Caterpillar® and Nissan North America, Inc.

A tenant in the Miramar Park of Commerce since 1999, Caterpillar has renewed a long-term lease for 45,000 sq. ft. at 3450 Executive Way. The world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial turbines and diesel-electric locomotives, continues to anchor key regional operations in Miramar with offices and a warehousing facility for engine repair.

Nissan North America, which moved to a 16,000-sq.-ft. training center and offices in the Miramar Park of Commerce at 3201 Executive Way in 1995, has also finalized a long-term lease renewal, reinforcing the company’s ongoing investment in South Florida.
