@PiersonGrant goes Digital and Wins #Officehero Contest from @PizzaFusion

Want to add value to your brand? Then start a twitter page. That’s exactly what South Florida based Pizza Fusion did in 2009. Now with more than 200 followers to their local Fort Lauderdale franchise they recently started twitter contests to reach out to their fans. Our office was the proud recipient of their first Office Hero pizza party. To engage in the conversation I simply responded to Pizza Fusion’s request for a greener office tips which included:

“@PizzaFusionFTL In the past my co-workers and I have carpooled to save on gas and to cause less pollution:)”

“@PizzaFusionFTL Tip: We recycle all of the newspaper that office reads daily in bins.”

Within the week I received a message from @PizzaFusionFTL that said:

Congrats to @PRDivaRach you are our first #OfficeHero looks like the extra entries helped!

This afternoon we were surprised by @VaughanLazar and the @PizzaFusion staff with not just one, but four of their unique organic pizzas. My favorite was the BBQ chicken pizza that had a sweet and tangy flavor but didn’t overpower my taste buds. We also sampled their original veggie, plain and pepperoni pizzas. We were able to wash everything down with beverages provided by HonestTea, who supply a variety of organic teas to PizzaFusion’s franchises.

After the pizza party we continued to stay green, by recycling our @PizzaFusion boxes, of course!

Be a part of the online conversation. It not only creates a name for yourself and your company but gets delicious organic pizza as well.
