Fierce Performances, Fabulous Brunch and Community Icons Take Center Stage

Get ready to sip, sashay and celebrate as Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood kicks off Pride Month with a fabulous, high-energy Drag Brunch on Sunday, May 31 benefiting The Pride Center at Equality Park. The event begins with a cocktail reception from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by the drag show from 1 to 3 p.m.

This must-attend celebration will bring the sparkle with show-stopping performances from dazzling queens, including Mia Starr, breakout star of Season 18 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, alongside Daisy DeadPetals, Erika Norell, TP Lords, Twink and Christopher Peterson. Expect jaw-dropping looks, high kicks, big laughs and performances that will have the whole room living for every moment, all leading into The Pride Center’s annual awards ceremony honoring trailblazers who continue to uplift and empower the LGBTQ+ community.

WSVN’s Deco Drive personality Alex Miranda will light up the stage as host of The Pride Center Icon Awards, celebrating three phenomenal leaders. Receiving the 2026 awards are:

Kevin Jennings, CEO of Lambda Legal, a trailblazer whose decades-long leadership has advanced LGBTQ+ rights nationwide, from founding GLSEN to leading one of the country’s most impactful legal advocacy organizations;

Katie Phang, senior advisor for Democracy Defenders Fund, a powerhouse trial lawyer and journalist known for cutting through the noise with sharp, insightful legal analysis and a fearless commitment to truth and democracy; and

Chief William C. Schultz, Chief of Police for the City of Fort Lauderdale, will be recognized for his leadership, dedication to public service and commitment to building trust and safety across the community.

The Hard Rock’s Seminole Ballroom will transform into a glittering Pride playground, where fierce fashion, jaw-dropping performances and unapologetic fun take center stage.
