Sunbeam and NAIOP Host Woodstock-Inspired Broward Bus Tour

In partnership with NAIOP South Florida, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Sunbeam Properties & Development recently hosted a cocktail reception for the annual Broward County Bus Tour. With a psychedelic theme inspired by the 50th anniversary of Woodstock, the reception took place at Sunbeam’s Miramar Park of Commerce, the largest locally owned and managed business park in South Florida.

The annual Broward County Bus Tour provides brokers with an up-close look at Broward County’s premium commercial real estate. The tour, which is free for licensed commercial real estate brokers, takes riders on walk-throughs, drive-throughs and drive-bys of properties in Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach and Hollywood. With a unique theme each year, the tour provides a platform for brokers to interface with property owners, developers and each other to establish new contacts, facilitate leads and close new deals.
