Palm Beach County, Florida-Based MorseLife Scores Nearly 30 Percent Higher Than National Average
Based on an independent confidential survey of its employees, MorseLife Health System in Palm Beach County, Florida was selected by Fortune Magazine as one of the Best Workplaces in Aging Services™ for 2022.

According to Fortune’s Great Place to Work® Global Employee Engagement Study, 86 percent of MorseLife employees felt it is a “great place to work” compared with 57 percent of those employed at typical comparable U.S.-based aging services organizations.
Fortune’s rigorous two-step ranking process was based on an initial general industry survey of over six million employees working at thousands of organizations nationwide, then re-evaluated for responses specifically pertaining to the aging services industry. The survey consisted of statements and questions pertaining to their perceptions of an equitable workplace, along with their overall employee experience as defined by levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
At MorseLife’s 50-acre campus, over 2,500 employees provide in-person care to more than 3,600 seniors each day.
